* Walk around Pasadena (67) - interesting architecture and trees.
* Downtown (7) - Thomas Edison's star, Union Station and Scientologists.
* Caltech in the evening (46) - lots on nice buildings, fun warning signs, turtles and some sculptures that would look at home at Miskatonic Univesrity.

I did indeed. I didn't get to the bar you recommended, unfortunately - I guess I'll have to remember that for if I ever end up in that neck of the woods again.

North Hollywood is a fun place of rainbows and free HIV testing.

And the porn capital of the world, can't forget that!

Isn't that the main Scientology building in Hollywood proper rather than somewhere in NoHo? If so, that's right near my apartment.

That's two separate Scientology places. And no, there's not much in that folder - much of the time on that particular trip we spent in venues with no-camera signs up.
