Eastern Kentucky is really pretty. Also teeming with interesting critters. I have pictures of some - sadly not the lightning bugs or the raptor of some sort (hawk? owl?) we saw up in the trees hunting bunnies at dusk, but some nice butterflies and birds and things.

With a couple of days left here, wolfwitch and I haven't done half the things that were on our list of things to do while I was here. I'll just have to come back and visit another time.

I cannot afford to not work while you're here, so I'm going to work 4 hour days. We'll figure out what to do with you at that time. Maybe tie you up in the closet. If you have a phone you could go into Olympia. You could probably come out with me once, too.

Tying up in a closet is not recommended. I become flaily and bitey, and not in any good way.

I do, however, have books to read, and will probably have more before I get there :-) Also, an internet connection can keep me busy quite a while, of course. I'm sure we'll work something out.
