Edit: Actually a siphonophore (like a Portuguese Man-o-War), not any kind of cephalopod. One of the perks of being engaged to a biologist is fact checking when your brain isn't operating on all cylinders :-)

Japanese television seems to have panel shows (or something like that) where there are a bunch of people in the studio talking about things, and reacting to video clips. At least, I've seen that phenomenon attached to a number of eclectic videos from those shores. Hopefully someone who's actually been to Japan can weigh in with details at some point.
