Just a few little things...

I can't sleep.

My arm hurts, due to slamming it hard against a windowsill at about 4am last night.

I need a back-rub, by someone with tireless hands. It'll take a while to get better.

I need clarity, and an escape from the nightmares.

I need someone to fall asleep next to, so I don't keep waking up 2-3 times a night.

I need a hug.

Grr. Argh.
