drcuriosityWell, that was a good way to end the last year and start this one.
Two parties, many people I hadn't seen in far too long, good conversations (with participants both inebriated and sober), wine, women andsnog song. The night was a little too warm at times (though that may have been the company - dance floors can get like that), but mostly just right.
A couple of people unfortunately didn't enjoy themselves as much as they'd have liked, but for the most part people seemed to be having a good night.
Talking to the service station attendant on the way home, he'd apparently had quite an easy night too, and there was relatively little trouble in the city overnight. Here's hoping the year continues in the spirit in which it started. Have a good one, friends.
