Still, at least I managed to bid farewell to Michael and Keely before they moved up north. Yet another reason to visit Wellington now, I guess.

It was the bit that Binky clarified that I was referring to. It's nice to be liked a bit by a number of people, but in some ways it's damned lonely at times, too.

Anyway. I've managed to clear things up with those who I needed to clear things up with this time. So it's sorted for now, at least.

My point is still there, not everyone is out for themselves.

I find myself in the similar position of people thinking I'm a convenient place when they've got problems, but they can't be bothered the rest of the time. Stuff it, it makes me feel better to help people, and I have a circle of friends (which would include you sweetie) that I know I can rely upon. So those folk who only turn up at their convenience, and go away when I'm too much trouble? I don't need 'em, I just help them because it makes me feel better.

Pretty selfish huh?
