Today there was a robbery at the Westpac bank next to my office. There was also a small bomb incident at the Bus Exchange. Here they are, for scale (please excuse my un-l33t graphic design skills):

So, yes. Still here :-) The worst thing I've had to deal with all day was some code refactoring so that we could get a site up and running. Looking forward to having a weekend, now :-)

Crappy. One of my worries about my kids schooling in proximity to the Bus Exchange, has always been that it would be the scene of a bomb threat, or some such situation.

I wonder if your hunch of a link, between the bank and bomb incidents, is onto something?
