Thus ends the weekend of the 48-Hour Party

All in all, not a bad party from what I was there for. Sorry I had to leave on injury grounds, but health's first priority.

I've been resting up for the last 18 hours or so, and while my knee's still a bit swollen and ugly, it looks like it's healing up fine and I should be good to go for work tomorrow, if maybe a little stiff. Probably wouldn't have been so bad if my knees weren't pre-damaged from my school days, but there's not a lot you can do about that.

Work seems to be going pretty well of late, both in town and at university. It was good to have a bit of time out and catch up with people this weekend, though :-) I've been missing people of late.

:( Hope your knee gets better. Sounds like it was a good party! I gotta say I haven't had much opportunity to drink too much and do things I'll regret in the morning for a looong time, clearly this is a sign for me to organise such an event but sadly it will have to wait till I get back from the break.

Injuries aside, it certainly seemed to be going damned well.
