Jul. 18th, 2008 09:06 amIt's 20°C now - quite a bit cooler than when I arrived. Still only 9a.m., but I seem to have pulled a Crowded House and taken the weather with me to some extent.
Though drier, it feels a little bit like a cooler day when holidaying in Pauanui on the Coromandel Peninsula when I was young. Warm enough for comfort, overcast but not oppressively so.
I need to get a bigger memory card for my digital camera at some point (a Canon SX-100). It ships with a pitiful one. I think I'll have to set myself up with Picasa, also. And get spare batteries and a charger.
I feel like walking on the beach, then coming home for lunch with my grandparents with lots of light, summery foods.
